As Senior Vice President and General Manager, Lisa Clune oversees all aspects of the business, from strategy to solution. Critical to the company’s success is her dedication to collaboration, innovation, and transparency. These tenets, along with her market knowledge and hands-on technology expertise, are the driving force behind our strategic and innovative performance improvement solutions.
Prior to joining MXM, Lisa served as the President of UL EduNeering, which provides online training solutions to the health sciences industry, including pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies. Previously, she served as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations at Kaplan EduNeering, having joined the company in 2006. As Director of Corporate Applications at Tyco International, she held direct oversight responsibility for over 150 business and Internet applications. She has also held positions at General Electric Healthcare, Amersham Health, and Hoffmann-La Roche. Lisa was selected as one of the Top 50 Women in Business by NJBIZ in 2010 and served on the Board of Directors of ProtonMedia, Inc. in 2011.
Jill Fenton is widely regarded as one of the nation’s leading experts on innovative and highly effective practices in adult learning and performance improvement, with creative customization being the hallmark of Jill’s approach. She has personally designed, developed, and delivered sales effectiveness training for more than 150 different pharmaceutical products and 65 product launches.

As Chief Creative Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations and Delivery, Milad directs highly integrated creative and marketing solutions for a who's who roster of pharmaceutical and life science clients that include GSK, Allergan, Merck, Pfizer, Novo Nordisk, and Novartis, amongst others. Milad has over 18 years of experience and more than 10 years in a senior agency-side leadership capacity, pioneering award-winning creative across multiple industry categories that include health care, consumer electronics, and automotive.
As Senior Vice President of Finance, Mike leads the accounting, finance, pricing, and office administration teams with responsibility for financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, variable compensation administration, pricing of new client projects, and contract negotiations. He has over 25 years of experience in negotiations, acquisitions, integration, and implementation. He expertly nurtures infrastructure growth within our rapidly expanding organization.
